William E. "Bill" Schock, 80, of White Oak passed away Friday, March 7, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Clarksburg, WV on July 8, 1944 to the late William J. and Julia (Carvell) Schock. Bill was the owner of Schock Reporting Service as a court reporter since the early 1970s until his retirement in 2014. He was an avid reader, and enjoyed his trips to the casino and the beach. However, his favorite thing to do was entertaining family and friends, and spending much needed quality time with his husband, Rick. He is survived by his wonderful husband, Richard P. "Rick" Tomko of White Oak; nieces, Lisa Evans-Riggle, Mary Lou (Brett) Berish, and Julie (William) Zeli; mother-in-law, Mary Louise Tomko; sister-in-law, Andrea (Fred) Muroski; as well as 7 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; and numerous great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Uhlman. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.
