Thomas A. Kemper, Sr., 79, of White Oak, died Thursday, November 16, 2017 in Family Hospice at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh. He was born December 30, 1937 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Clarence and Marie Hill Kemper. He was the husband of the late Sandra L. "Toots" Horvatin Kemper, who passed away February 3, 2013. Thomas was a member of St. Angela Merici Church, where he was a former usher. He worked as a truck driver for ECM in Springdale. Thomas is survived by his children, Thomas A. Kemper, Jr. of White Oak, Michelle (George) Zaspel of Export, Renee (Brian) Fite of Pittsburgh, and Tim (Jodi) Kemper of Cameron, NC.; four granddaughters, Kaylee (Jack), Tara (Fiance Derek), Lizzie and Lexxie; 3 sisters, Doris (Tom) Merritt of Jefferson Hills, Karen Moore of White Oak, and Jennifer (Doug) Weimer of North Huntingdon; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by sister, Janet (the late Steven) Lugares and brother, Alan (Karen) Kemper of White Oak.
