Margaret "Peggy" Ruth (McCullough) Clark of White Oak, Pennsylvania, peacefully went Home to be with her Heavenly Father on November 12, 2023 after a long and full life with God and her family.
She was born in Braddock, Pennsylvania on October 29, 1941, to the late Alec McCullough and Mary Ruth Brady. She lived in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, most of her life, as well as part time in Clearwater, Florida.
She was the beloved wife of Thomas Clark, with whom she faithfully shared 63 years of marriage, and for whom she affectionately poured out her life. Together, they raised four children: Tom, Barb, Joe & Becky, all of whom have been profoundly impacted by her selfless, uncomplaining, hardworking life. She also was beloved and respected grandma to twenty-three grandchildren and great grandma to twelve.
She trusted Christ as her Savior as a young girl and subsequently lived her life in unwavering service to Him. She read her Bible daily, prayed to God in faith, was a committed member of the McKeesport and Tampa Gospel Halls, and was well known for opening her home in warm hospitality to God’s people.
She was an exceptionally gentle and gracious person and went out of her way to serve everyone while inconveniencing no one. She was a meticulous housekeeper, and a snappy dresser, always making sure she looked her best. She was an all-pro Pittsburgh Sports fan, she loved the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. She was an enthusiast of spotless fast and fancy cars, a remember-er of birthdays, and her lavish use of you are the best can only be mistaken by someone who did not believe her in that moment.
Peggy leaves behind her husband Tom, and her children who dearly adored her; Thomas (MaryEllen) Clark of Plant City, FL, Barbara (Michael) Sulava of White Oak, PA, Joseph (Penelope) Clark of Vaughn, MT, and Rebecca (Robert) Oliver of White Oak, PA.
In addition she leaves her grandchildren Amanda (Darris) Barney, Amy (Gordon) Armstrong, Mike (Rachel) Sulava, Abbey Clark, Liz (Nathan) Wipf, Alyssa Clark, Rob (Lauren) Sulava, Tyler (Amanda) Clark, Silas (Bailey Jo) Clark, Noah (Ali) Clark, Anna (Arnie) Waldner, Talbot Clark, Travis Clark, Josh Oliver, Lauren Oliver, Chloe Oliver, Annie Clark, Tate Clark, James Clark, Amelia Clark, Eli Clark, Matthew Clark and Mary Clark, as well as great-grandchildren; Victoria and Sophia Barney, Nolan, Clayton, Lily & Luca Wipf, Murphy Sulava, Edison Armstrong, Hattie & Emma Clark, Jude Clark & Greyson Waldner (Proverbs 31:28-29). She also leaves her sister, Jean (Bill) Seale of PA, and brother Sam (Kay) McCullough of FL, as well as an extended circle of family and friends.
She was predeceased by her siblings Bob (Dina) McCullough and Ken (Betty) McCullough.
She will be sorely, and unspeakably missed by all those for whom she cared so well.
