Joyce Dorothy Malec

Joyce Dorothy Malec, 73, of Elizabeth Township, died peacefully at home on Thursday March 8, 2018. She was born August 14, 1944 in Wilkinsburg and was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (Dryer) Whitehead.  She was the wife of the late Ronald Thomas Malec, Sr, who died November 16, 2012. Joyce was a homemaker and also worked for Union Cleaners. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle L. Malec of Elizabeth Township, sons, Ronald Thomas Malec, Jr, of Elizabeth Township and Daniel J. Malec of Sutersville, brother, Harry (Patricia) Whitehead of Pleasant Hills, grandson, Isadore F. Malec of Sutersville, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Robert Whitehead.
