Josephine C. Mayni, 92, of White Oak, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021. She was born November 20, 1928 in Turtle Creek and was the daughter of the late Rocco and Rocchina "Ruth" (Pizanno) Terlizzi. She was the wife of the late Alexander Richard Mayni who passed away September 16, 1992. Josephine was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Church in White Oak, the North Versailles Senior Center and Monroeville Senior Center. She was also a volunteer at UPMC East, Monroeville for 7 years. She was the beloved mother of JoAnn Kavalukas of Robinson Township, Judy (John) Connelly of Rural Valley, and Janice Mayni of White Oak. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Brian (Alyson) Kavalukas, Sandra (Christopher) Stallard, Sean Connelly, Jennifer (Ted Sisko) Connelly, and Blair Connelly, great-granddaughters, Alexandra Kavalukas and Penelope Sisko, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Terlizzi and sisters, Marie Scoglietti and Carmella Gardone.
