Irene McLaughlin

Irene McLaughlin, 88, of Christy Park, died Monday, December 11, 2017. She was born September 18, 1929 in Glassport and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Janitor Kaduk. She was the wife of the late Bernard John McLaughlin who died November 11, 1989. Irene was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Christy Park. She is survived by her daughters, Bernadette (Joseph) Szarmach of Murrysville and Colleen (Arnold) Mosa of North Huntingdon, son, Timothy McLaughlin of Lynchburg, TN, sister, Helen Ciaverra of Greensburg, grandchildren, Amber (Lee) Temple, Adam (Heather) Szarmach, Brooke (Robbie) Magilson, Cara (Dave) Herbeck, Marie Mosa, Shane (Ashley) McLaughlin, and Mariah McLaughlin, great-grandchildren, Ian, Paige, Lexie, Tenley, Weston, Evelyn, Nina, Ava, Emma, Brayden, Karli and Madelynn, nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Round Hill Cemetery on Friday, December 15, at 1:00 pm with The Rev. Thomas Galvin, officiating. Burial will follow.
