Gregory James "Eggs" Haughey, 65, of Glassport, passed away Sunday, August 2, 2020. He was born May 29, 1955 in McKeesport and was the son of Lois Mae (Straub) Haughey of White Oak and the late Jerome Gregory Haughey. Greg worked as a maintenance mechanic for both the South Hills and St. Vincent Health Systems. He was a life member and former Captain of the Rainbow Vol. Fire Department and was a member and past president of the Glassport No 1. Fire Department. He loved hunting and fishing and was also a certified Scuba Diver Instructor. Greg's favorite hobby though was sitting in his chair and watching tv. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Debra (Lebeda) Haughey, son, Michael Miller of Glassport, granddaughter, Rylee Miller, sister, MaryLou (Neil) Waugerman of Bedford, brothers, Jerome "Henry" (Cyndi) Haughey of Aurora, OH and Kevin Haughey of White Oak, nieces, Cara (Ian), Hannah, Erin and Sherry, nephews, Jacob (Danielle) and Jerome "JT", great-nephew, Lincoln, sister-in-law, Cheryl Lebeda and brothers-in-law, Robert and David Lebeda. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, James Lebeda and sister-in-law, Annette Haughey.
