Denise Marie Moody

Denise Marie Moody, 66, of Sutersville, passed away peacefully at home in her bed on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. She was born February 5, 1955 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late John G. and Barbara A. (Kelleher) Jubeck. Denise worked as a caregiver for many years for Superior Home Care. She was known as the matriarch of her family and she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, David A. Moody, son, Jim Nodd of Buena Vista, daughter, Janine Nodd of Dravosburg, daughter, Jessica Nodd of Buena Vista, son, Jason Nodd of Sutersville, grandchildren, Savanah Nodd, Dezarae Jubeck, Ali Nodd, Mason Nodd, Letti Nodd and Remidy Simpson, brothers, Jack Jubeck and Gregg Obzut, sister, Jodi Jubeck, nieces, Danielle and Cari Jubeck, nephews, Derrick Jubeck, Glenn Jubeck Jr. and John Jubeck III, as well as great-nieces and nephews, cousins, many friends and extended family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn and George Jubeck and niece, Renee' Jubeck. There is no visitation. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm at The Walk in the Word Ministries, 220 1st Ave, Sutersville, PA 15083. (Everyone please meet at the Church). A luncheon will follow after the memorial service at the church.
