Daniel "Dan" Pacich

Daniel "Dan" Pacich, 79, of Clairton passed away early Thursday morning, July 21, 2022. He was born February 5, 1943 in Clairton and is the son of the late Louis and Francis (Olesky) Pacich. He was a member of the former St. Mary Serbian Orthodox Church in Clairton before closing their doors, and also a member of The American Legion, Post 75 in Clairton. Dan worked as an Iron Worker and eventually retired after 25 years, giving him a lifetime membership with Local #3. Now a veteran, he also served in the United States Army where he was a Private Driver for their General and was awarded the Sharpshooter Rifle Medal. He is survived by his wife, Sharon L. (Seach) Pacich; children, Edward M. (Janet) Pacich of Peters Township, Daniel M. Pacich of Clairton, and Nichelle L. Bonetti of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Dominic (Haylee) Bonetti, Anthony Bonetti, Alexandra Pacich, Jenna Pacich and Dylan Pacich; great-grandchildren, Sophia Bonetti, and the soon to be born, Gianna Bonetti; siblings, Anna (James) Capane of Clairton, Mildred (Rick) Vignivic of Bowie MD, Gloria (the late Michael) Kovka of Clairton, George (the late Peggy) Pacich of Bradenton FL, and Louis (the late Judy) Pacich of Delaware. In addition to his parents, Dan is preceded in death by his brother, Sam Pacich, and his grandson, Adam Bonetti.
