Louis W. Bauer, Jr.

Louis W. Bauer, Jr., 78 of White Oak, passed away Wednesday March 15, 2017 surrounded by his children. He was born February 28, 1939 in McKeesport and was the son of Kathleen Nurse Bauer of North Huntingdon and the late Louis Bauer. He was the husband of the late Jane Louise Crawford Bauer. Louis was a USMC Veteran and was a star quarterback from 1958-60 at Hofstra University. He retired from the J.C. Penney Company. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Amy (Andy) Guffey, Jaime (Bethany) Bauer, Jonathan (Wendi) Bauer and Jayson (Lynne) Bauer, grandchildren, Madison, Annabel, Andrew, Ava, and Joshua, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, James, Robert and Jeffery Bauer. At the request of Lou, there will be no visitation.
