Nancy C. Baldis, 83, of Greenock, died Saturday February 11, 2017 at home. She was born May 17, 1933 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late Clifford and Catherine Murphy Raley. She was the wife of the late Herbert H. Baldis who died March 21, 1996. Nancy was a member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Greenock and was a former volunteer for the Sonshine Soup Kitchen in McKeesport. She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Ann Baldis of McKeesport , Sharon Ann (Tim Begandy) Baldis of Port Vue and Lynn Marie (Jeff) Raschiatore of Irwin, son, Ray Charles Baldis of Greenock, grandsons, Ryan Michael (Stephanie) Baldis of Boston, and Daniel Minjock of Lawrenceville, great-grandchildren, A.J. Shriver and Lexa Baldis, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Dan, Jack and Ross Raley and sister, Norma Walley. Friends are welcome Tuesday February 14 from 3-7 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street. Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, Director.
