Phyllis Elaine Ferree

Phyllis Elaine Ferree, 77, of McKeesport,died Friday December 30, 2016 at home. She was born February 8, 1939 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary Black Laughner . She was the wife of the late William Ferree who died in 1986. Phyllis is survived by her sons, Russell "Corky" (Darlene) Milslagle, and James Ferree of McKeesport and Robert Ferree of Philadelphia, daughters, Louise Haas and Norma Ferree of McKeesport, and Dawn Winters of TX, sisters, Eileen Bossie of CT and Norma Motto of Liberty Borough, brother, Clyde (Mercedes) Laughner of Plum, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard and Warren Laughner.
