Helen Wirbicki

Helen Wirbicki, 82, of White Oak, died Wednesday December 28, 2016. She was born July 30, 1934 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Balog Matlos. She was the wife of the late Julius A. Wirbicki who died July 17, 2004. Helen had worked for Minerva Bakery in McKeesport and the former Feigs Bakery in White Oak. She was a volunteer for the McKeesport Meals on Wheels. She is survived by her sons, Mark (Lorraine) Hoylman of Randolph, NJ, and Glenn Wirbicki of White Oak, sister, Margaret Marinello of McKeesport, grandchildren, Thomas, Emily and Owen Wirbicki and Julia and Jacob Hoylman, nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome Saturday December 31 from 11 am to 2:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak, (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, Director. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Private inurnment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
