Evalyn Walos

Evalyn Walos, 95, of Christy Park, died Saturday, October 29, 2016. She was born January 13, 1921 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Gregorius and Anastasia Oryniak Kichan. She was the wife of the late Edward A. Walos who died December 27, 1981. She was a member of St. John The Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, and helped to make their famous pirohy. She was also a member of Christy Park Senior Citizens. She is survived by her sons, Edward (Teri) Walos of Arnold, MD, and Jeffrey (Mary) Walos of Elizabeth Township, grandchildren, Ryan (GiGi), Linsey (Chris), Jason (Ashlie), and Kaitlyn, and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation and service are private. Interment will be in St. John The Baptist Ukranian Cemetery, North Versailles.
