Frederick J. Bodnar, Jr.

Frederick "Freddy" Joseph Bodnar, Jr., 54, of West Newton died Monday, September 12, 2016 at home. He was born December 13, 1961 in McKeesport and was the son of Gertrude Elizabeth House Bodnar of Elizabeth Township and the late Frederick Bodnar, Sr. Freddy was an avid fisherman and was a jack of all trades. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Monica Jentz, sons, Joseph and Jason Bodnar, 4 grandchildren, sister, Sharon Hallas, and brother, Vince Bodnar. Freddy was preceded in death by grandmothers, Rose House and Anna Bodnar, and grandfather JJ Bodnar. There is no visitation. Inurnment with military honors will take place at a later date at The National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
