Jane Charlotte Boyles, 82, of Greenock, died Friday, January 1, 2016 at home. She was born August 23, 1933 in North Versailles and was the daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Gault Ulm. She was the wife of the late Allen Robert Boyles who died February 5, 2005. Jane was a foster mother to 65 children. She loved to bake cakes for all family occasions including weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. She is survived by her sons, Charles Allen (Peaches) Boyles of Greenock, Paul R. (Carol) Boyles of Port Vue, Robert J. Boyles of Toledo, OH, and Howard Landsperger of San Francisco, CA, daughter, Amy C. (Chris) Evanov of Greenock, sister, Denise (Gary) Kynor of Versailles, grandchildren, Kimberly and Kenneth Dryburgh, Joseph Molinari, and Dustin and Zoey Boyles, step-grandchildren, Jesse (Bre) Evanov and Chris Evanov, great-grandchildren, Alexis and Chelsea Dryburgh, and Sydney Molinari, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Colleen Elm, Ella Mae Ulm, Phyllis Paulos, and brother, Ronald Ulm. Friends are welcome from Sunday, January 3 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, January 4, at 10:00 AM with The Rev. Edwin Pope, officiating. Interment will follow at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
