Beverly Carlson

Beverly "Cooki" Carlson, 72, of Elizabeth Township, died Saturday, December 26, 2015. She was born August 25, 1943 in Cleveland, OH, and was the daughter of the late John and Ann (Malko) Rachocki. Beverly was a retired secretary for the Social Security Administration. She is survived by her husband, Richard H. Carlson, son, Scott (Amy) St. John of Rootstown, OH, daughter, Laurel St. John (John Scagline) of Elizabeth Township, brother, Michael Rachocki of Solon, OH, and granddaughter, Natalie St. John. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Rachocki. Per her wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
