Sylvia Elizabeth Ann Buffalini Costanza, 91, of Conway, died Sunday, August 30, 2015. Born July 8, 1924 in Ambridge, she was the daughter of Italian Immigrants, the late Angelo and Pasqualena (Vallecorsa) Buffalini. She was the wife of 49 years of the late Leo J. Costanza. Sylvia was a member of Our Lady of Peace Church in Conway, the Italian Women's Club in Ambridge, Baden American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, and was a volunteer for 7 years at the Senior Corps Snohomish County Catholic Community Services in Monroe, WA, where she had lived for 15 years. She retired after 18 years of service as Department Manager for the former Kaufman's in Rochester. She is survived by daughters, Karen McKay of Monroe, WA, Patricia A. Gilbreath of Baden, and Paulette Costanza of Canonsburg, sisters, Emma Henle and Leona Masciantonio, grandchildren, Jemal Mihalik, Angela Loftus, Anthony Buffalini, Megan Auben, and Kelly Stephens, nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday September 3 at 10:00 AM, in Our Lady of Peace Church, Conway. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Aliquippa.
