Dolores Sleasman, 86, of Belle Vernon, formerly of Elizabeth Twp, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015. She was born March 2, 1929 in Boston and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Rose Figola Duval. She was the wife of the late Gerald D. Sleasman who died July 2, 2002. Dolores was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church, Elizabeth Twp, and had worked for the former Zayres Department Store, Versailles. She is survived by her daughters, Valerie D. (William) Pope of Elizabeth Twp, and Geraldine D. (Russell) Kalko of Belle Vernon, sisters, Marlene (Clyde) Raible of Knoxville, IL, and Shirley (Ronald) Walker of Reynoldsville, brother, Alvin (Janet) Duval of Liberty, grandchildren, William S. (Emily) Pope, Brian G. (Tracy) Pope, and Tracey L. Kalko, great-grandchildren, Aidan and Connor Pope, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Theodore Duval and sister, Mona Rupinski. Private visitation and service were held Friday June 26 at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
