David Francis Bezilla

David Francis Bezilla, 66, of Elizabeth Twp., died Saturday, June 20, 2015 at home. He was born May 20, 1949 in Connellsville and was the son of the late Bernard and Lillian Helinsky Bezilla. He attended St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp, and was a National Guard Veteran. David retired from US Steel Irvin Works after more than 32 years of service. He had also worked for AMI in Delmont. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Nancy Jeanine Quillin Bezilla, sons, Darrin (Renee) Bezilla of Greenfield, and David P. Bezilla of Connellsville, step-daughters, Jeanine M. (Jay) Ruby of Chandler, AZ, and Jessica A. (fiancée, Victor) Ruby of West Mifflin, step-son, Shawn (Angela) Ruby of Greenock, grandchildren, Brianna, David and Lauren, 3 nieces, 5 great nephews and his beagle, Freckles. Friends are welcome Tuesday, June 23 from 2-4 and 6-8:00 PM, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, June 23, at 8:00 PM with The Rev. Donald Jones, officiating. Burial will be private.
