Carol Ann Bodnar

Carol Ann Bodnar, 70, of Versailles, died Sunday, June 7, 2015. She was born November 22, 1944 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late George S. and Elizabeth Lesso Bodnar. She was a member of Corpus Christi Parish, McKeesport, and was retired from the former Hallmark Store in Versailles. She had also worked at the former G.C. Murphy Co., home office. She is survived by her sister, Irene (Rich) Mathews of Boston, brother, George "Jerry" (Cindy) Bodnar of Pittsfield, MA., nephews, Chris (Beth) Mathews, Jeff Mathews, and Mark (Lauren) Bodnar, nieces, Donna (Larry) DeSantis, and Karen (John) Sinopoli, and 4 great-nieces and a great-nephew. Friends are welcome from 2-4:00 PM, Wednesday, June 10 at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, at 4:00 PM with The Rev. Thomas Wagner, officiating. Private inurnment will be at the Corpus Christi Calvary Cemetery, Port Vue.
