Mary Ida Vukovich

Mary Ida Vukovich, 94, of Elizabeth Twp. died Wednesday, March 18, 2015. She was born August 6, 1920 in Sutersville and was the daughter of the late Livio and Olga Caffari Speroni. She was the wife of the late Nicholas Vukovich who died January 13, 2005. Mary was a member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp. She is survived by her daughters, Andrea "Jeannie" (Bob) Murphy of New Windsor, NY, and Sandy (Greg) Strotman of Rostraver, sons, Paul (Susan) Vukovich of Chester, SC, and Richard (Diana) Vukovich of Uniontown, sister, Angie Tybursky of Elizabeth Twp, grandchildren, Lynn, Lori, Michael, Nick, Michelle, Jessica, Greg "JR", and Cody, great-grandchildren, Anthony, Angelina, Riley, Hunter, Zachary, Matthew, and Jacob, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Ruozzi, and brothers, Louis and William Speroni. Friends are welcome Friday, March 20 from 4-8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Michael Parish on Saturday, March 21, at 9:30 AM with The Rev. Thomas Wagner, officiating.
