Mariyah Ellen'Lea Byers

Mariyah Ellen' Lea Byers, 22 months, of Boston, died Friday, December 26, 2014 in Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. She was born February 7, 2013 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of Eric K. Byers and Christina Derkas. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Christopher, Rondale and Eli Byers at home, grandparents, Joseph and Terri Derkas and John Byers of Boston, Joellen Jordan of McKeesport and Lawrence Jordan of Duquesne, great-grandparents, Vernon and Catherine Long of Elizabeth, and Joan Swineburg of Glassport, aunts, uncles, and Cousins. Friends are welcome Tuesday, December 30 from 4-8:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, December 31, at 10:00 AM with The Rev. Edwin Pope, officiating. Interment will follow at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
