Eleanor H. Nilson

Eleanor H. Nilson, 86, of McKeesport, died Sunday, December 21, 2014. She was born July 26, 1928 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Hans and Ruth Hagman Hector. She was the wife of the late Vincent Nilson who died August 30, 1991. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Boston and was retired from Westinghouse Energy Center in Monroeville. She is survived by her daughter, Kim (James) Konias of Elizabeth Twp., son, Keith (Doreen) Nilson of Dillsburg, sister, Mary Lou Kinkella of Churchill, granddaughters, Lindsay (Howard) Lesofsky, Kylie Nilson and Taylor Nilson, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Hector. Friends are welcome Friday December 26 from 2-6:00 PM, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday December 26 at 6:00 PM, with The Rev. William D. Heaton, officiating. Burial will be in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
