Rita Ann Riggle

Rita Ann Riggle, 84, of Elizabeth Twp, died Monday, December 22, 2014. She was born July 6, 1930 in Monessen and was the daughter of the late Raymond O. and Bertha J. Byron Peters. She was the wife of the late Gilbert L. Riggle. Rita was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church in Elizabeth Twp., and the Golden Oldies Bowling League. She was a supervisor for the former Bell Telephone Co. She is survived by her son, Raymond A. "Skip" (Janet) Riggle of Elizabeth Twp, daughter, Terri L. (Bob) Buchina of Clairton, brothers, William (Dolores) Peters of Elizabeth Twp, and Raymond Peters of Yardley, grandchildren, Scott (Kathleen) Riggle and Judy M. (Bill) Suzevic, great-grandchildren, Kayla, Chloe, and Jared, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Riggle and brother, Richard Peters. Friends are welcome Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 2-4:00 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, January 4, 2015, at 4:00 PM. Private interment will be in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
