Charles "Bud" Joseph Kolick, Jr.

Charles Joseph "Bud" Kolick, Jr., 69, of White Oak, died Saturday, November 22, 2014. He was born July 27, 1945 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Charles Joseph Kolick, Sr. and the late Dorothy McCaslin Kolick. Bud was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He worked for the former US Steel Homestead Works and was a member of the Port Vue American Legion, Versailles Croatian Club, and Club 22 in Glassport. Bud loved being home with his family and enjoyed cooking and baking. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carol Ann Dudik Kolick, daughters, Michelle (Jeffrey) Zuzo of New Stanton and Melissa Jo (Daniel) Kastronis of Elizabeth Twp, sister, Eileen Kolick of White Oak, brother, Daniel (Sharon) Kolick of Glassport, grandsons, C.J. Kolick, Collin Callahan and Jeffrey Zuzo, great-grandson, Noah Joseph Kolick, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lucy Kolick (Bill) Cole. There is no visitation. Funeral service with Military Honors will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date.
