Rosalie Ann Benedek

Rosalie Ann Benedek, 64, of North Versailles, formerly of Elizabeth Twp., died Tuesday, September 30, 2014. She was born June 21, 1950 in Brooklyn NY, and was the daughter of the late Gerlando and Ignatias Betty Drago Zaffuto.She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. Rosalie was an Instructional Aid and had previously worked for Allegheny Intermediate Unit. She is survived by her son, John T. (Bobbijo) Benedek, Jr., of Elizabeth Twp., daughter, Stacey M. (Jason Sanner) Tvrdovsky of North Versailles, brother, George Zaffuto of Cranberry Twp., grandchildren, Cody J. Tvrdovsky, and Jace G. Benedek, niece, Hillary Zaffuto, and nephews, Jeremy and Bradley Zaffuto. Friends are welcome Friday, October 3 from 2-4 and 7-9PM, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, October 4, at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Vincent P. Velas, officiating.
