Agnes B. Firda

Agnes B. Firda, 83, of Lincoln Borough, died Tuesday, September 23, 2014. She was born July 12, 1931 in Homestead and was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Gnat Behun. She was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church in Elizabeth Twp. She is survived by her husband, John M. Firda, sons, Greg M. Firda and Jeffrey J. (Tammy) Firda, grandsons, Johnathan S. (Afton) Firda and granddaughters, Avonlea N. Firda and Alexis M. Firda, sisters, Mary Kirsh, and Irene Conners, nieces and nephews and her loving and kind friend, Ashley Domer. She was preceded in death by sisters, Martha Denne, Betty May and Frances Behun, and brothers, John, Michael, and Andrew Behun. There is no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday September 24 at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, the Rev. Thomas Wagner officiated. Internment was in Corpus Christy Calvary Cemetery in Port Vue. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Boston, Elizabeth Township.
