Eugene B. Barchanowicz

Eugene "Gene" Barry Barchanowicz, 55, of Liberty Borough, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at home. He was born January 17, 1959 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Eugene "Smokey" Anthony and Mary Anne Duda Barchanowicz. Gene had worked for O.C. Cluss Truss, Greensburg. He is survived by his wife, Paula George Barchanowicz, son, Matthew Joseph Barchanowicz and daughter, Jamie Lynn Barchanowicz of Liberty Borough, and aunts and uncles. Friends are welcome Friday, July 18 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, July 19, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
