Lucy Helen Stojanovic, 81, of Boston, Elizabeth Twp., died Saturday, June 28, 2014. She was born February 1, 1933 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Nemeth Csorba and was the wife of the late Pete Stojanovic who died September 6, 2009. Lucy was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Christy Park and was also a former member of the Bowling League at Great Valley Lanes. She was a baker for many years and had provided baked goods for the former Mount Vernon Dairy, along with many local and nationwide customers, including President George W. Bush, to whom cookies were sent, while in the White House. She was also very artistic and had created numerous baskets and decorated clothing for auctions, fundraisers and various charities to include Foster Cats and breast cancer. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Stojanovic-Diehl and her husband Mark of Cranberry Twp, twin granddaughters, Sydney Lynn and Peyton Lucille, sisters, Ann Csorba of Christy Park and Janet Brady and her husband Tom of Boston, brother, James Csorba of McKeesport, nieces, nephews and her three cats; Petey, Sammy and Alice. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Angelina Stojanovic-Diehl, sisters, Elizabeth Gunchuck, Rose Beere, Sue Torbic, Mary Csorba, and Barbara McGee, and brothers, William, Robert and Joseph Csorba. Friends are welcome Tuesday, July 1, from 3-8 PM, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the St. Patrick Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 2, at 10:00 AM, with The Rev. Vincent P. Velas, officiating.
