Antonio Michael Lucza

Antonio Michael Lucza, 23, of McKeesport, formerly of Elizabeth Twp., died Wednesday, February 5, 2014. He was born July 30, 1990 in Reading and was the son of Charles S. and Gloria Mae Flower Lucza of Elizabeth Twp. He was a 2008 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and played the flute in the band. He was a member of Mount Vernon Boy Scout Troop # 99, and was also a member of the ethnic dance group "Lajkoniki" at the Polish National Catholic Church. Antonio was a US Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sisters, Charlene, Bridget and Virginia Lucza and brothers, Hector and John Lucza, stepsisters, Michele Boyd and Maryanne Stefl, stepbrothers, Michael Belardia and Ray Sias, girlfriend, Sarah Galata, friend, Paul Salson, who was with Antonio when he died, and special friend and mentor, "Papa" Joe Dudek. Friends are welcome Monday, February 10 from 2-4 and 5-7 PM at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 10, at 7:00 PM with Father Paul Voida, officiating. Military Honors will follow. Private burial will be at the Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Antonio's memory.
