Janise Ilene Peters

Janise Ilene Peters, 76, of Belle Vernon, died Friday, January 24, 2014 at home. She was born September 26, 1937 in Trafford and was the daughter of the late Kenneth W. Collins, Sr. and the late Roberta Burns Collins. She was wife of the late Walter J. Pudlowski and the late Charles Peters. Janise was a member of the First Baptist Church of Monongahela and was a retired LPN. She had worked for West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh and the Florida Medical Center. She is survived by sons, Keith G. (Margie) Pudlowski of Monongahela, Mark J. (Susan) Pudlowski of White Oak and Ronald W. Pudlowski of Belle Vernon, brothers, Kenneth (Sheri) Collins Jr. of Elizabeth Twp, Shawn Collins of Penn Hills and Reese Collins of Pottstown, grandchildren, Tyler, Emily, John (Kerri), Meghan, Ryan and Daniel, a great-granddaughter, Ashlyn, and nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her grandson, Joseph John Pudlowski who died May 11, 2002 and sisters, Mildred Myers and Shirley Garfolo. There is no visitation. Memorial service will be held on Saturday February 1, at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Monongahela. Pastor Mark Scholaert will officiate. Arrangements are by the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
