Howard L. Ramey, IV

Howard L. Ramey, IV, 46, of Elizabeth, died Sunday, December 15, 2013. He was born April 30, 1967 in Waterbury, CT, and was the son of the late Elmer Roundtree and the late Elzina L. Hicks Ramey Roundtree. Howard worked for The Daily News in McKeesport and was a Basketball Coach for Special Olympics. He was a loving and caring husband and father. Howard is an organ donor, and was a recipient of a heart himself in 2007. He is survived by his wife, Joelle S. Boyer Ramey, sons, Chad Lewis of Canonsburg, and Drake and Dyson Ramey of Elizabeth, and daughter, Tayla Ramey of Elizabeth. There is no visitation and services are private.
