Ruth H. Deer

Ruth H. Deer, 95, of Elizabeth Twp, died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at home. She was born May 1, 1918 in Washington, D.C., and was the daughter of the late Joseph W. and Jean Lyons Harrison. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Deer who died July 28, 2012. They were married for 75 years. She was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church in Elizabeth Twp. She is survived by her son, Robert H. Deer of Pleasant Hills, daughter, Lorilee and her husband James Curry; grandchildren, Moss and Kate Curry, and great grandson, Jimmy Curry, of Franklin, IN. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Connell. There is no visitation. Service and burial are private.
