Valerie P. Semchak

Valerie P. Semchak, 87, of Greenock, Elizabeth Twp, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2013 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born on August 4, 1925 in London, England, Valerie was the daughter of the late Bert and Dorothy Dawes Ludgate. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Alex J. Semchak, her son, Brian L. Semchak; her daughter, Janet L. Semchak; and her granddaughter, Christa M. Semchak. In addition, she is survived by her brother, Roy and his wife Ivy Ludgate of Bedford, England, and nieces and nephews. Friends are welcome Tuesday, March 26 from 6-8 PM, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Private funeral service will be held Wednesday March 27, followed by entombment in the Mount Vernon Cemetery Mausoleum.
