Eva Jean Larson, 91, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Boston, died Sunday, December 23, 2012. She was born June 5, 1921 in Jacobs Creek, and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Laha Rhodes Versellesi. She was wife of the late William Leroy Larson who died December 9, 1969. Jean was a member of the Boston United Methodist Church, and was also a member of S.M.E.R.F. She was a Administrator for the former G.C. Murphy Co. She is survived by nieces, Nancy J. Larson of White Oak and Lynda Larson of Niceville, FL, great-nieces, Amy (Thomas) Roper of Camp Lajune, NC, and Beth Urick of Pembroke Pines, FL, a great-great-niece, Sara Roper, cousins, Bev (Howard) Snyder of Bradenton, FL, Jim (Shirley) Forsythe and Marlene Oswald of Perryopolis, and Rosser (Barbara) Campbell of Gaithersburg, MD, and companions and caregivers, Carol Wisser and Susan Heatherington of White Oak. Friends are welcome Wednesday, December 26 from 2-7 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held at the Boston United Methodist Church on Thursday, December 27, at 10:00 am. with The Rev. Diane E.M. Gobbel, officiating. Interment will follow at the Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
