Boyd Manns "Woody" Witherow, 93, 0f State College dies Thursday November 29, 2012. Service will be held on Monday December 3, 2012 at 1:30 pm in the chapel of Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. The Rev. Paul Walter will officiate. Interment with Military Honors will follow.
